Richard B. Lopatin joined Acacia in 2006 and is a Senior Vice President with the firm. Prior to joining Acacia, Mr. Lopatin worked with another nationally recognized financial advisory firm.
Mr. Lopatin is expert in providing quantitative analyses of government debt burdens, building cash flow models, structuring new money and refunding issues and performing debt restructuring analyses. He has provided marketing, analytical and technical support to many of Acacia’s clients on both a local and state-level. He has assisted large city, state and state-level entities in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Wisconsin. He also has a variety of experience providing financial advisory services in connection with the structuring of new money and refunding transactions, conduit borrowings, renewable energy initiatives, cash-flow modeling, and public-private partnerships.
Mr. Lopatin received a B.B.A. in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
